Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of the cost of the goods.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging or with its ball band intact.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Carefully repackage the item.
  2. Include your name, order number, and address inside the parcel.
  3. Post the package back to us at your own expense.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and refunds will be issued for the cost of the goods only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem with the item, or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are non-returnable, including publications, both paper and digital products (e.g., PDF patterns), and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you when your refund has been processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
